GAF™ Terms

  1.  Project Timeline: Client understands that GAF™’s product is collaborative in nature.  So, The turnaround time of each project is contingent upon client approvals. Client understands that the target date is not a deadline and certain situations may come up during the production process that delays the project.  But, in general a typical project takes us 3-5 weeks to complete once we receive a completed creative brief. 

  2.  Terms: GAF™ requires a deposit upfront to start production as agreed upon in the work order. The final balance shall be paid upon final approval of the full draft.  Client understands that GAF™ will not release the final mp4 file until the balance has been settled. 

  3. Finished Product: The project is considered complete when a 1920 x 1080 MP4 Video File is delivered to the client. Files will be delivered through a file sharing service such as DropBox or YouSendIt. Files will not be sent on discs.

  4. File Ownership: Client has complete ownership rights to the Mp4 and can choose to display it where they want online. However, client does not have ownership rights to the source files. GAF™ maintains copy of the source files on site and will not deliver them to client. Ownership rights are only granted to customer upon payment of final balance owed. Ownership of video files will remain with GAF™ until final approval and final balance paid.

  5. Cancellation: GAF™ reserves the right to cancel your order at any time and provide complete refund.

  6. Additional Edits:  From time to time our clients come back to us after a project has been completed and request that we make edits.  We reserve the right to make edits to your video after the order is complete. There will be hourly fee associate with any additional work beyond the original scope of the project.

  7. Watermark: GAF™ may choose to watermark any final video drafts until payment is made in full

Production Process: our-process

  1. GAF™ sends welcome email with creative brief. 
  2. Client submits the complete creative brief to GAF™ for review.

  3. GAF™ will then write a script with a text based visual direction.

  4. Client and GAF™ will discuss the script and determine which features work best for the concept. GAF™ will make up to 5 rounds of changes to the script.

  5. Client will provide written approval of final script via email. 

  6. GAF™ will then record the VoiceOver based on choices made by client. Client will email GAF™ their final choice for voice over artist. GAF™ will record two takes. Client will have opportunity to review ask for changes if necessary. GAF™ will record up to 2 sessions at no charge. If client decides to change script after voice is recorded or re-record after the second recording session there will be a $350 Re-Record fee incurred.

  7. GAF™ will require a version of client’s corporate logo in EPS or AI format.

  8. GAF™ will provide either a still image of the look and feel of the presentation or the first 10-15 seconds of the animation. Upon client’s approval, GAF™ will proceed on to the completion. Client will have opportunity to review animation and submit one round of changes to each preview presented. If multiple rounds of changes are submitted by client, GAF™ reserves the right to charge additional fees based on the scope of the change requests.

  9. Client will cooperate and get GAF™ assets needed to complete the work. In the event that client is late getting assets or approving sections, timelines may change, and GAF™ may be required to position another client into the slots saved for said client.

  10. Approvals & Authorization: Client understands that there are several approvals in the process and each approval is an acknowledgement that GAF™ can progress to the next stage. Client will have the right to choose and approve the Script with Visual Notes, Voice, Character Style, Animation Preview, Complete Version of Animation. Once a full draft/complete version of the presentation is delivered to the client they have the right to make adjustments to elements within the animation. However, the client can not decide to make wide spread changes at this point to the visuals or structure of the story. GAF™ will then provide a quote for the quote for the additional work to complete the project.  GAF™ will make two rounds of changes once the client receives the full draft/complete version.  Any additional changes beyond two rounds of changes will be charged to client on an hourly basis ($150/Hour).

  11. Usage – Any video produced by GAF™ can be used exclusively online or at trade shows/conferences. GAF™ does not grant it’s client’s TV Broadcast rights for usage unless specifically stated in the agreement.

  12. All Sales Are Final – We operate on an “All Sales Are Final” policy due to the unique nature of our product offering. The client understands that even if we do not formally start the production of the project that they will not be entitled to a refund of any kind. 

  13. Promotion of Product: GAF™ will retain the right to use any video that we have produced in our demo reel or on our website, vimeo, youtube, trade shows/conferences, or on social media.  

  14. Forfeiture of Payment – GAF™ offers a collaborative product and requires that all clients fill out a creative brief and provides initial details and direction before GAF™ can formally start a project.  If the client does not formally email us for a period of time of 6 months the client understands that they forfeit any initial payment already made to GAF™.
  15. Contract Priority – Client understands and agrees that GAF™’s terms & conditions supersede any Master Service Agreement (MSA) or other agreement signed by a representative of GAF™.  By signing a GAF™ work order the client is agreeing to allow our terms & conditions govern the order.
  16. Late Delivery/Payment
  1.  If GAF™ is late in delivering the video when the client approves assets, scripts and everything else, GAF™ will make arrangements. In no event will GAF™ be liable for more than the amount in the contract. 
  2. If client pays after the deadline a penalty of 2% per 3 days will apply up to 15% of the gross amount. Collections and/or attorney’s fees will be collected from the client in event of default of final payment.



What information we collect: We collect information in the following ways: • Active collection: information you provide to us when signing up to GAF™. When creating a GAF™ account or signing-up for content or offers, we may ask you to provide us with your name, email address and details about your organization. We will only use this information to provide you with the service that you signed-up for and where we would like to use the contact details you have provided us with for any other purpose we will inform you and obtain your consent before proceeding.

The sole purpose of passively collecting your information is to improve your experience when using our clients’ sites and web services. Through the GAF™ tracking code embedded by our client on their website, the information collected includes: • Device-specific data The following information may be collected through your device and browser: o your device’s IP address (collected and stored in an anonymized format); o device screen size; o device type (unique device identifiers) and browser information; o geographic location (country only); o preferred language used to display the webpage. • Log data Our servers automatically record information which is created upon using GAF™. Data includes: o referring domain; o pages visited; o geographic location (country only); o preferred language used to display the webpage; o date and time when website pages were accessed; • Cookies Our website (GAF™) uses cookies to collect non-personal information including standard internet log information and details of your behavioural patterns upon visiting our website pages. We do this to provide you with a better experience, identify preferences, diagnose technical problems, analyse trends and to improve our website.

Cookies are small data files transferred onto computers or devices by websites for record-keeping purposes and to enhance functionality on the website. We may also use cookies to record login details on your device or computer. This helps to determine whether a particular device previously visited our website so that the login details would not have to be re-entered each time you visit our website.
